HYB 13U & 14U Elite League

1-03-2020 - Englewood started off the game hot with their best shooter knocking down several 3-pointers.  HYB switched the defense from a match-up to a box-and-one.  Jaden Ellis neutralized Englewood’s best shooter for the remainder of the game.  Jordan Thomas ignited the crowd with a spectacular dunk in the second half.  Four players posted double-digit points with Jaden Ellis leading the way with 13 points followed by Jordan Thomas 11 points, Nazir Hudson 10 points, and Damir Shelly 10 points.

1-10-2020 - HYB came out sluggish in the first half against Totowa-B and only had a 3 point lead at halftime.  HYB implemented a 2-2-1 full court press to start the second half that resulted in Totowa-B turning the ball over several times.  HYB capitalized off of the turnovers and pushed the lead to double-digits.  Riley Forbes hit two key 3-pointers in the second half to help put the game out of reach.  Shawn Sowah was the main spark throughout the game by dropping 11 points.  Damir Shelly finished with 9 points and Amori Francis with 7 points.
